Rogation Walk

Last Sunday 20th May was Pentecost, it was also the third Sunday in May which is the traditional day on which the Rogation walk takes place at Withiel Florey. This was my first Rogation walk and also my first visit to the church of St Mary Magdelane which has its origins in the 11th century.

It was a beautiful day for walking and you will see from the service and hymn sheets below how the walk progressed.
